Strolling up memory lane, the picture fixtures that are now considered essential in the modern household are elegantly narrated in this stunning commercial. Sony ‘Multistory’ directed by Jonny Green (Gorgeous) was a post-production challenge welcomed by the team at Glassworks. It visually opens up the gateway between generations of television and Internet, just as Sony has done in reality.

Working closely with Compendium 3D, the Stereographers and Post team were able to take on this large-scale concept and create a final product in 2D and 3D.  All of the wider environments and backgrounds were created in CG with James Mann creating the fantastical photo realistic buildings from pictures constructing an evolving city that Johnny required to make his treatment reality.  

Duncan Horn Glasswork’s Lead 2D artist, worked tirelessly in the Flame suit for over 2 months piecing together all of the elements.The result is a jaw dropping and wonderful commercial, a modern rendition of nostalgia for a company who has redefined television.
